CHCS Enrollment update.

It is our firm belief that we will open in Fall of 2013. We will know much more about our approval and post plans for opening in late 2012 or early 2013. Please continue to check this site for information updates on all aspects of the School including geography and admissions 

Registration Documentation.

CHCS Registration Checklist:

  • Birth Certificate (copies are sufficient)
  • Social Security Card (copies are sufficient)
  • Immunization Records
  • Proof of local address
  • IEP (if applicable)
  • Driver's License
  • Recent report card

Note: Kindergartners must be 5 by September 1st. First Graders must be 6 by September 1st.
