CHCS seeks to be a neighborhood-based, close-knit community of students, parents, teachers and school administrators. Our goal is to attract families who share the vision of Chattahoochee Hill Country—to preserve its rural heritage and grow a livable sustainable community—and who have a desire to educate their children in a school that promotes the arts, agriculture, and the environment.

The CHCS attendance zone crosses into five counties in and near the 64,000-acre area designated as Chattahoochee Hill Country: Fulton, Coweta, Carroll, Douglas, and Fayette. The School seeks to attract students within a 20-mile radius of the future CHCS site, located in the Serenbe Community of Chattahoochee Hills.

The school will serve a five county attendance zone area, commonly called “Chattahoochee Hills” (the southwest corridor of Atlanta, including the cities of Chattahoochee Hills, Palmetto, Fairburn and unincorporated portions of Fulton, Fayette, Carroll, Douglas, and Coweta counties). CHCS will be located in the city of Chattahoochee Hills, at Atlanta-Newnan Road and Selborne Way, on the property of the Serenbe community.
