RESIDENCE ELIGIBILITY

Here are some general guidelines for determining your family’s eligibility;
- If you live in and your property tax bill shows that you pay city property taxes for the cities of Chattahoochee Hills, Fairburn, or Palmetto, you are in the district.
- If you live in and pay property taxes for Union City and you live on the WEST SIDE of GA 92, you are in the district.
- If you live in unincorporated Fulton County, and live on the WEST SIDE of GA 92 and NORTHWEST of I-85, you are in the district.
- If you live in unincorporated Carroll County, and live on the EAST SIDE of GA 5 (between GA 5 and the Chattahoochee River), and DO NOT pay City of Whitesburg property taxes, you are in the district.
- If you live in unincorporated Douglas County, and live on the EAST SIDE of GA 5, the SOUTHEAST SIDE of GA 166 (between those roads and the Chattahoochee River) you are in the district.
- If you live in unincorporated Fayette County, and live on the NORTH SIDE of Collingsworth / Palmetto Rd. and DO NOT pay City of Tyrone property taxes, you are in the district.
- If you live in Unincorporated Coweta County NORTH of the GA Regional Transition Authority High Voltage Transmission line that runs from Palmetto to Plant Yates near Whitesburg and EAST of GA 16, you are in the district.

Any student residing in the Chattahoochee Hills Charter School Attendance Zone, and who meets the age requirements for the school, is eligible to attend Chattahoochee Hills Charter School.
Students with a parent or guardian who is a member of the governing board or is a full-time teacher, professional, or other employee of Chattahoochee Hills Charter School are also eligible to attend. Proof of residency and adherence to the application deadlines are very important to the process.
