To be eligible for admission, the following must be provided for each student:

  1. Proof of residency in the Chattahoochee Hills Charter School attendance zone TBD
  2. Proof of minimum age of five years by September 1, 2013 for kindergartners or six years old by September 1st, 2013 for first grade
  3. A completed and signed application form

Applications must be accompanied by a copy of the child’s birth certificate and two documents proving residency within the attendance zone.

Proof of residency must be established by providing an Affidavit of Residence and may be established with a lease, deed or mortgage; one of these documents must accompany the application. In addition, a second document proving residency must accompany the application; this can include a current utility statement, such as electric, water, gas or cable.
