By now you should have received two copies of your sign-in information personalized with your child's ID number that is required to sign in.  If you have not received your child's personalized ID paper, please request one from Stephanie Porter, Director of Student Services, at , or visit our school's Welcome Center Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm for assistance.  Once you have your login information, you will need to create an account and assign your child's name and number (from the sheet).  Menu calendars for EMAP and the Breakfast/ Lunch Program will be available.  All orders must be placed by midnight, and 5 days in advance (one week to a month in advance preferred).

To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
